Refunds and subscription cancellation

Purchases through Paddle

If you purchase Rex through Paddle, refund requests are handled under the Paddle refund policy applicable at the time of purchase and relevant law. You can submit a request through the support link on your purchase receipt or at paddle.net. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval or affect your statutory rights.

Purchases through the App Store

If you purchase Rex through the App Store, follow Apple's refund request instructions to submit a request. Eligibility and the outcome are determined under Apple's applicable rules.

Subscription cancellation

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund amounts already paid. Manage your subscription on the platform where you purchased it. If you want a refund, submit a separate request through that platform's channel.
